A large American financial firm purchased 3 consumer finance businesses in Japan. The client had 15 sales offices throughout Japan that all had administrative, sales, and back-office staff. The AINEO solution was to
-Eliminate duplicated back-office functions in nationwide sales offices
-Consolidate all back-office work into one centralized operation center
-Cut existing leasing costs from current offices by moving sales offices to cost-effective, nice, but smaller sales office spaces
-Implemented a private network for voice, data, and fax traffic connecting back to an operation center
-Implement an OCR (optical character recognition) solution for scanning incoming faxing of loan applications from merchants nationwide faxing to 15 domestic sales offices.
-Archive all loan data in centralized filing systems
-Implement database-driven predictive dialer for collections agents to follow up on deliquent loans.

After a service outage and no sense of responsibility taken by second vendor, AINEO was called in to take over support of the Nortel systems in Tokyo and Gotemba.
