AINEO Corporation Personal Information Protection Policy
We, AINEO Networks, Japan, declare that we have established, implemented, and maintain our Personal Information Protection Policy as set forth below to comply with laws, ordinances, and other standards concerning personal information protection with regard to personal information of our customers and clients that we will use for business purposes.
To implement this declaration, we will publish the “AINEO, Japan Personal Information Protection Rules” and fully notify such Rules to all parties concerned, including but not limited to, our employees (including general executives and employees, part-time workers, and dispatched workers) and other subcontractors, thereby practicing, improving, and maintaining this policy.
When obtaining personal information, we do so by a legitimate and fair means without using unlawful methods, identify the purpose of using personal information, and publish the necessary matters on our internet homepage. Moreover, when obtaining personal information indirectly, we will confirm with the provider thereof whether such information is obtained lawfully from the subject person himself/herself.
To prevent personal information from being stolen, destroyed, manipulated, or divulged, we will take appropriate information security measures, including but not limited to measures against unauthorized access and computer viruses.
We acknowledge that the subject person of personal information has the right to disclose, correct, delete, or suspend the use of his/her personal information and will accept his/her requests therefore without objection.
When we use personal information in conjunction with a third party or deposit personal information with a third party for subcontracting, we conduct a sufficient investigation into such third party, enter into the necessary agreement, and otherwise take measures that are legally necessary.
Personal information shall be used only by persons authorized according to specific duties to the extent necessary for performing such duties within the scope of the purpose of identified use.
It is prohibited, in principle, to provide personal information for third parties.
We will not divulge personal information by, for example, using it for any purpose other than those identified, bringing it out from the ordinary place of use, or transmitting it externally.
Our employees must neither inform any third parties of any personal information that has come to their knowledge in the course of performing their professional duties nor use any such personal information for unlawful purposes. The same shall be applicable and the necessary steps will be taken even after our employees are released from such professional duties.
