Hi,

i agree that hosting the company’s email can in a way increase the company’s business efficiency and defray operating or maintenance costs, however the issue of confidentiality is very important for our company.

We deal with many ‘Blue Chip’ companies and the privacy of emails are extremely important.

Can anyone gives more details about email privacy?  I ‘ve heard that some companies ahve a special policy concerning that.

Anyone can provide more info?

Thanks

Jimmy

Dear Jimmy,

No matter where you host your data, you have to realize that whoever is administering the server has full access to your information.

This is what amazes us about Google Apps and even Microsoft now providing hosting services.  Do you really want Microsoft, even more so, (the data tracking masters) Google having complete access to all your information.  Much less someone like Godaddy (just started hosted exchange) who will do anything for an additional 2.99 a month.

AINEO runs our own datacenters, and own 24-hour supported hardware.  Our hardware maintenance team does not do any maintenance without a system administrator present.  We just have a handful of admins doing daily system maintenance.  All activity is logged and monitored by our compliance systems.  We know what everyone is doing.  That is our strength.

AINEO Secure was built because we have the trust of many great companies in Japan and around the world.  People want someone they can trust and talk to guarding their data.  That is why we get busier and busier.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hi,

thank you for taking time to answer to my post and yes you have good and valid points here.

We’re thinking of hosting our emails externally, but not decided yet.

We will get back in touch soon.

Cheers

Jimmy
