The LINUX systems engineer (SE) position at AINEO is the key person for supporting some of AINEO’s Datacentre

Job Role
The LINUX SE takes the role of supporting AINEO partner’s systems; he/she is responsible for coordinating with the customer’s IT department abroad or local and helps fulfill their IT goals as well as coordinate with vendors and service providers for the partner. The SE is responsible for executing project action items when involved in an AINEO project.
• Install, configure, administer, troubleshoot the partner’s desktops, servers, network and communications equipment, smartphones, OSes, and software applications in some cases.
• Maintenance and support of LINUX-based software running web, mail, and other business critical software and services for AINEO partners
• Executing support and logging various issues as AINEO provides seamless service to our partners
• Create and maintain datacentre technical documentation.
• Coordinate with customer’s IT department nattion-wide and or abroad for achieving IT goals and data migrations
• Detailed tracking and recording of the customer’s IT issues and requests in the work report and updating of each customer’s work log.
• Aside from DC, some IT support for ANEO internal office.
